A Portuguese villa in South Goa

The house: A hundred-year-old villa in a quiet village near Palolem. For six days, the whole place is ours.
Food: Every meal cooked on site — local Konkani home cooking, adjusted to what your body needs across the week.
Getting there: Dabolim (GOI) is about 70km, roughly ninety minutes by road.

Before you decide

Questions worth asking

Six days is a long time. Is it really necessary?

It's the part everyone wants to negotiate. Day 1 exists purely to bring your nervous system out of survival mode, and that alone takes a full day — nothing underneath can be reached while you're still braced. A weekend gives you a lovely reset that fades in a fortnight. Six days is what it takes for it to hold.

Who else will be there?

Eleven other women in a similar place in life — capable, accomplished, quietly running on empty. Everyone is spoken to before being offered a place, so the circle is built rather than first-come. Rooms are twin sharing, and you'll know who you're with in advance.

What if it doesn't last once I'm home?

That's the real risk with any retreat, and it's why Day 6 and the three months afterwards exist. You don't leave with a feeling — you leave with a daily practice built around your actual life, and ninety days of support while you put it to use. The work isn't finished when you land. That's when it starts being real.

Do I need experience with meditation or energy work?

None at all. Most women arrive having tried a little of everything and stayed with nothing. Everything is taught from the beginning, and we do it together.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching and holistic practice, and it isn't a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you're currently under psychiatric care, on prescribed medication for a mental health condition, or going through an acute crisis, please mention it on your call — not because it rules you out, but because Shweta needs to know in order to look after you properly.

What if I need to cancel?

Your AED 2,000 is fully refundable if you cancel within 7 days of registering. After those 7 days it becomes non-refundable, because your place is held and the villa is booked against it.
